Our Story

It came out of the blue. Turbulent flying conditions forced a rough landing in Tallahassee. Back in 2018. Technology was transforming every aspect of our lives. With nothing better to do in a small, cramped airport, we got talking.

One thing led to another and pretty soon we were asking ourselves some interesting questions. We wondered what client service would look like without the traditional constraints.

A radical new approach to our organization was born right then and there. On the back of a paper napkin. We built it from the ground up by combining the best that modern management and technology have to offer. It came together like a charm.

We pressure tested the idea, over several months, with technology thought leaders, Private Equity investors and operators, who were willing to let the idea spread its wings and take it for a test flight. Here we are, now, ready to help our clients industrialize this unique blend of organizational rethinking, redesign and reshaping to deliver significant value with velocity, precision and expertise.
