We are looking for a Team Leader to spearhead our global Go-To-Market (GTM) Team.

The Position

The GTM Team Leader will report to the Global COO and Country Director, UK.

As a leader, he/she will play a pivotal role in developing relationships with mid-market Private Equity funds and their portfolio companies in the UK, as well as help in the expansion of EBITDAR business offerings in the UK and Europe. 

Job Responsibilities 

Network, leverage and expand relationships with Operating Partners and Investment Committee members of Private Equity funds. 

Build the Altius and EBITDAR brands in the UK and Europe. 

Conduct research and analysis of strategic Private Equity funds and develop detailed knowledge of the investment theses of portfolio companies.

Build and maintain strong sales pipelines and forecasts of substantiated opportunities with Private Equity funds and their portfolio companies. 

Carry a revenue quota of GBP 2-3 million for professional services fee in year one.  

Close sales and finalize agreements with clients.

Drive overall expansion and penetration of priority Private Equity clients and targets while retaining current engagements.  

Understand each Private Equity firm's strategic plans and business strategy (industry, investment mandate, exit strategy, etc.).  

Prepare and facilitate client presentations and new business proposals.  

Identify and ignite a coordinated, cross-functional team to pursue opportunities associated with a Private Equity relationship.  

Interact with the GTM Support Team to collaboratively address the Private Equity marketplace in a coordinated manner.

Identify and leverage key industry and technical resources to deploy on new opportunities.

Basic Qualifications

Education – Bachelor’s Degree; MBA, or equivalent experience, highly favored.

Experience – Minimum of 10 years of professional services sales experience required.  

Successful Track Record – Prior success selling for a consulting or an accounting firm strongly preferred. 

Expertise – Prior knowledge of Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions, and/or equivalent experience, strongly preferred.  

Network of COI (Centers of Influence), – Demonstrated relationships with professional services providers, including banking, legal and other firms, that can be leveraged to identify opportunities in Private Equity firms, strongly preferred.  

Strategy – Must demonstrate strategic thought process, experience and deployment.

Strong communication skills – Must demonstrate strong verbal communication skills, as well as ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing. 

Strong presentation skills – Must demonstrate ability to organize and lead meetings with "C-suite" executives.

Strong organizational skills – Must be able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, outcome-oriented environment. Attention to detail is essential.  

Project management – Must demonstrate ability to manage time, multi-task and meet deadlines.  

Teamwork & collaboration – Must demonstrate experience working as a productive and supportive member of a team.

Sales Process – Must demonstrate tangible experience in deploying and using a formal sales process.

Reporting and tracking – Must demonstrate experience leveraging a CRM tool for report generation and sales tracking.  

Travel – Travel is required (local and overnight, when appropriate).
