Recently, he’s helped clients successfully strategize, redesign and migrate their critical Oracle ERP Applications to Oracle and Azure Clouds.
Prior to joining our team, Bharat consulted in the commercial sector for companies such as Booz Allen Hamilton, Verizon, NASD (Nasdaq), Quest Diagnostics, Foot Locker, KeyBank, Educational Testing Service and Syneos Health.
In the public sector, he has worked with the State of Massachusetts, the City of Tallahassee and the National Archives and Records Administration. He is also the co-founder of an e-Learning startup.

In an operations capacity, Rajib has worked with Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT), Private Equity (PE) C-Suite executives and PE investors to build strategic oversight and execution of key priorities and KPIs. Over the course of his career, Rajib has led market expansion, authored thought leadership, as well as recruited and developed other senior management and leadership talent.

Billy enables Private Equity-owned organizations to optimize SG&A spend by identifying opportunities across back- and middle-office functions, recommending strategies which meet both Firm and portfolio company goals and time horizons, and accelerating those strategies to bottom line value capture. In doing so, he partners with Private Equity and portfolio company leadership to transform functions through target operating model redesign, alternative sourcing and enabling technologies. Prior to joining our team, Billy consulted with PwC’s Operations Excellence Advisory practice and served as VP of Operations for a marketing technology, manufacturing, and creative services firm.
